This complex offers 102 affordable family units in a new five-level building comprised of quaint 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. It is a shared site with Laurel Grove affordable housing apartments. It is located near the Diridon train station, a transit-oriented district near the planned high speed rail terminal, and the SAP center. This development has near by restaurants and a bustling business district on The Alameda. This complex comprised of 13 different colors, 7 interior colors and 6 exterior colors . The exterior squared colors of this building were individually hand painted.
